These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dv444 ("dv444", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dv444 website at dv444.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing dv444.org, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dv444 platform.

Access to and use of the dv444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. dv444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time to verify that these requirements are met. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not eligible to hold a player account on dv444.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion arrangement currently in effect, whether requested through dv444 or any other platform.

dv444 reserves the right to decline account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion if it determines that any eligibility requirement is not met, without obligation to provide a reason for such decision.

To access the full features of dv444, including placing wagers and processing transactions, you must register a single player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on dv444. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using another person's credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. dv444 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify dv444 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dv444 can place a temporary security hold on your account upon request while the matter is investigated.
• dv444 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Players must cooperate fully with any KYC verification process.

Account login credentials must not be shared with any other individual, including family members or friends. Each dv444 account is strictly personal and may only be operated by the registered account holder.

Players who wish to permanently close their dv444 account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon verification of identity, the account will be closed and any remaining eligible balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

dv444 supports BDT-denominated deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh-compatible payment methods. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in the player's own name. dv444 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated player account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. dv444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent eligible deposit wherever possible. dv444 may, at its discretion, approve alternative withdrawal methods following satisfactory verification of the player's identity and account ownership.
• dv444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via supported mobile wallet methods. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals are typically under 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is available and functioning at the time of a transaction. dv444 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by the player's payment provider or by network issues outside dv444's control.

dv444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying game types for each bonus are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Bonuses credited to an account are not withdrawable in their raw form — only winnings generated through qualifying wagers are withdrawable, subject to completion of the stated wagering requirement.

dv444 takes bonus abuse seriously. Where dv444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated tools, or coordinating with other players — dv444 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and suspend the relevant account.

All games available on the dv444 platform are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider and by the general fair play standards maintained by dv444. The following rules apply across all game categories, including live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting, and fish shooting games.

• All games that use random number generation (RNG) deploy certified RNG technology independently verified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-term statistical values and do not guarantee specific outcomes on individual gaming sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software errors, or incomplete game round completion — the outcome of the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account. dv444's decision in such matters is final.

dv444 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dv444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one player account on dv444, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents or other verification materials to dv444.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the dv444 platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the dv444 platform in a manner that is not consistent with ordinary human use, or to gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players or with any dv444 staff member to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting results, or bonus eligibility determinations.

dv444 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, dv444 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning, including account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances associated with the prohibited conduct.

dv444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, and account security obligations.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by dv444, or submission of fraudulent verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime connected to the player's account activity on dv444.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or to permanently close their account, processed in accordance with the dv444 responsible gaming procedures.

Upon permanent account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable identity verification. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked winnings are non-returnable upon termination for breach of these Terms.

dv444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

dv444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dv444 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant amendments, dv444 may also notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the dv444 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dv444 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
